Mark Swartz is a partner with Harris + Harris LLP.  Mark obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in 1988.  Mark’s primary practice area is Corporate/Commercial Law and he works closely with the Firm’s corporate clients to assist them with a broad range of business-related matters including:

• Shareholder/Partnership Agreements;
• Shareholder disputes;
• Purchase and sale of a business; and,
• Corporate Reorganizations.

Mark also has extensive experience in acting for both Lenders and Borrowers in Secured Lending Transactions. Mark also has experience in commercial leasing acting for both Landlords and Tenants.
