Kimberly Sarris is a Junior Corporate Law Clerk who has been working at Harris + Harris LLP since 2000.

Kimberly maintains the records for over 600 corporations by utilizing the Fast Company database.  In addition, she performs on-line searches, filings and extra-provincial registrations for both Ontario and Federal corporations.

She is experienced in all aspects of corporate law including, annual proceedings, corporate name changes, NUANS searches, articles of amendment, business name registrations, partnership registrations, incorporations and organizations.

Kimberly is currently assisting with amalgamations, continuances and dissolutions. She also acts as a liaison between clientele and lawyer.
